Shipping Policy

At J&W Novelty Toys & Bucket Hats, we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship.

Delivery Options & Costs

Standard UK Delivery: £3.99 per order, delivered within 3–5 working days.

Free Standard Delivery: FREE on all orders over £30, delivered within 3–5 working days.

The free delivery discount is applied automatically at checkout when your order total reaches £30 or more.

Dispatch Times

Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm or on weekends are dispatched the next working day. We do not dispatch on UK public holidays.

Tracked Delivery

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or a comparable tracked service. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been sent.

Northern Ireland Delivery

We are based in Belfast and deliver to all areas of Northern Ireland with no surcharges. Standard delivery rates and free delivery thresholds apply exactly the same as the rest of the UK.

Local Collection

We are based at 246B Newtownards Road, East Belfast, BT4 1HB. If you would like to collect your order in person, please contact us to arrange a convenient time before placing your order.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the UK only. For international enquiries, please contact us at jandwtoys@gmail.com and we will do our best to help.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of your dispatch notification, please contact us and we will investigate the matter and resolve it for you as quickly as possible.
