At J&W Novelty Toys & Bucket Hats, your satisfaction is our priority. This policy complies with the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Your Right to Cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, notify us within 14 days of delivery:

Returning Items
After notifying us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods. Items must be returned in their original unused condition and original packaging where possible. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days to the original payment method. You will be notified by email when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost, including return postage.
Exceptions
The right to cancel does not apply to: personalised or custom-made items; sealed goods that have been opened and cannot be resold for hygiene reasons.
