Do I need to choose a date or time when I book?
No. Your ticket is valid for one visit on any open day from 15 to 31 October 2026. The Haunted House is open every day from 10am to 6:30pm.
How do I get my tickets?
After you complete your purchase online we email your booking confirmation, which lists the tickets you have bought. That email is your ticket. Show it on your phone or bring a printout when you arrive.
Can I buy tickets in the shop instead?
Yes. Tickets are also sold in the J&W Novelty Toys & Bucket Hats shop at 246B Newtownards Road, East Belfast, BT4 1HB.
